Salt causes blood pressure for children

 


 Warned pediatrician German Ulrich Vaiglr that eating children and adolescents to large amounts of salt can cause high blood pressure have increased their weight also was based on the results, a recent study conducted by the Research Institute of Child Nutrition in Dortmund, German and published in the Journal of Pediatrics.He said the German physician that this study has shown that teenagers who suffer from an increase in weight represent the group most vulnerable to this threat and explained that all pediatricians and adolescent agreed on the need to be reducing consumption of children of salt and avoid the use of foods coated with a high concentration of salt.
 
 

Vitamin D deficiency increases sleep during the day






The new study found a strong link between vitamin D levels and sleep during the day and the site said Health Day News American Sleep Medicine conducted a study on 81 patients who were diagnosed with disorders of sleep and a private diphtheria obstructive sleep and took blood samples to measure the levels of vitamin D, which shows a gradual rise levels of sleep daytime when patientswho have low levels of the vitamin.The researcher responsible for the study that with the presence of a significant overlap between vitamin D and sleep, this relationship seem more complicated and that it needed to further studies and in-depth look at this relationship.
 
 On the other hand scientists observed among patients who have a deficiency in vitamin mentioned a link between this problem and daytime sleep at who are the only black race.

the deaf Frog







There were group of little frogs , they decided to go for race,the challenge who can reach to the top of a tower .many other frogs attended the contest ,the race was started ,no frogs from the public (viewers)could believe that any those little frogs can go for this race or win the race and climb the tower,all viewers were saying is impossible impossible,no one can reach to the peak of the tower it is too high. some frogs start falling down of tired,except exited and enthusiastic frogs,rucks start shouting it is very hard no one can reachup there more frogs were falling down except one frog who continnues climbing up and up,it did not give up never
at the end all frogs have fallen down except our little frog who reach to the peak of the tower, everyone liked to know this little frog more and how could he do it and everyone ask how this little frog had this power and strength to climb this tower,,,they discoverd the secret,lettle frog was deaf
