Vitamin D deficiency increases sleep during the day






The new study found a strong link between vitamin D levels and sleep during the day and the site said Health Day News American Sleep Medicine conducted a study on 81 patients who were diagnosed with disorders of sleep and a private diphtheria obstructive sleep and took blood samples to measure the levels of vitamin D, which shows a gradual rise levels of sleep daytime when patientswho have low levels of the vitamin.The researcher responsible for the study that with the presence of a significant overlap between vitamin D and sleep, this relationship seem more complicated and that it needed to further studies and in-depth look at this relationship.
 
 On the other hand scientists observed among patients who have a deficiency in vitamin mentioned a link between this problem and daytime sleep at who are the only black race.
